Returns

Please return items to where you purchased them. If you purchased directly from bartolini.net, you have 30 days to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it.

Refunds

If you do not want to exchange your item, refunds will be provided by the seller. If you returned an item directly to Bartolini, your refund will be processed when we receive and inspect the returned item. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a credit to your original method of payment. The time required for a refund depends on the payment processor’s policies.

Shipping

Shipping costs are not refundable.
