These pickups still deliver plenty of rich lows and powerful low-mids, but with a crisp high-end that cuts through the mix.
With a higher resonant frequency and a smoother peak, the Bright Quads have a balanced output and a flatter frequency response. The enhanced treble introduces more phase shift at higher frequencies, adding complexity for an aggressive bite and growl. They are punchy and precise, delivering a modern tone that complements your bass’s natural voice.
Built to handle wide string spacing, these pickups ensure clarity and definition in every note. Structurally similar to our classic Original Quads Soapbars, the Bright Quads use 4 coils instead of 2—offering more versatility in tone shaping. You can split the coils in two different ways: either as P and reverse P configurations or as inline pairs with special wiring.
Each pickup is fully shielded and sealed, making them resistant to sweat and noise from stage and studio environments. Shielded cables add extra protection for a flawless performance.
